I have recently
returned from a great holiday in Germany where I stayed with Andreas. Together
with Andreas' beautiful girlfriend, Melanie, we travelled over to Leipzig
for the 9. Wave=Gotik=Treffen Pfingsften 2000 in the hope of seeing Mephisto
Walz, Christian Death, Gitane DeMone or London After Midnight. In the event,
none of those bands performed, nevertheless we all had a fantastic, drunken
time in Leipzig and are already looking forward to next year's festival!

After my visit
to Germany, I spent a couple of days in Amsterdam where I met Germ for
the first time (after 6 or 7 years of tape trading and corresponding).
I was also fortunate enough to catch Nico B
serving at
the counter in Cult Epics, and he later invited me to his home where I
had a very pleasant and enjoyable evening with him and his very amiable
wife, Cecelia.
