Notes:
Prior to the performance the band had a record release party for "Ashes". The event, planned in conjunction with a release party for "Ashes" was an extremely well organized and planned performance set to mock a theatrical show. Not only were attendees given a playbill, but they were treated to a multimedia installation and a myriad of costume changes that corrolated to the three parts of the concert. The event was professionally recorded, rumor has it as a planned television broadcast, however, to date, that footage has not surfaced. Several of the tracks were later released on "Heavens And Hells", but it is not known if the source of the audio is from the audience; from the proposed video recording; or a separate professionally recorded audio segment.
